Behavioural Change Training
Aiming to better understand workplace behaviours to tailor our interventions and initiatives, our Behavioural Change Manager, Maria Matthews, has been delivering a number of interactive training sessions across the business.
Today’s course in Derby involved 4 group activities that led the operatives through various scenarios, including identifying risks and hazards and defining adequate risk controls. Exploring the barriers and facilitators to these behaviours, the team found the day both eye-opening and informative!
