Curb Your Stress and Cravings!

We began month 3 of the Wales and Western 3 month SuperWellness Ltd nutrition challenge yesterday, with the focus on ‘curbing stress and cravings’!

The session looked at how stress affects our bodies, what food can help combat anxiety, and some lifestyle tips to help reduce stress. We also had lots of great tasters and some zinc testing!

Handing out the prizes for last month’s winners, the individual prize went to Senior Planner, Sid Din, who reduced his metabolic age by 3 years, and his visceral fat rating by 1! The team accolade went to the ‘Big Swiggers’, who had an average reduction in their metabolic age of 50% - a total loss of 6 years across the team - and a reduction in their visceral fat rating by 0.6 (A total loss of 4)!

With final measurements being taken next month, keep up the good work team!
