Contracts Manager - 1759

A Contracts Manager is required for the LNW Civils Asset Management Framework to be based out of our office in Irlam.

The work scope includes a mixture of Civils and Buildings projects on the Railway infrastructure and planned, reactive and emergency works on the reactive works framework.

The role will be responsible for and oversee all works within the portfolio which will include planning, managing and delivering projects as well as all planned and emerging remits in the Civils Asset Management portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage the team and build relationships with suppliers, clients and 3rd parties. Safety, cost controls, client relationships and KPI performance are key to the success of the framework.

Previous experience in a similar role or managing a framework would be beneficial.
