Contracts Manager - 1768
A Contracts Manager is required for LNE Civils Asset Management (CAM) Framework.
The workscope includes a mixture of civils and building projects on the railway infrastructure and planned, reactive and emergency works on the reactive works framework.
The role will be responsible for and oversee all works within the portfolio which will include planning, managing and delivering emerging remits in the Civils Asset Management portfolio.
This will include managing the team at Barnsley and building relationships with suppliers, clients and 3rd parties. Safety, cost controls, client relationships and KPI performance are key to the success of the framework.
Previous experience in a similar role or managing a framework would be beneficial. A civils contracting background is preferable.
